人々の生命、生活、文化、歴史がすべて地球における大地の恵みによって育まれ、営まれてきたことから、その大地の足跡をアートを媒体として表現し、見る人にその風化と再生を繰り返して来た大地の歴史とありかたを懐古させる展示＆パフォーマンス。
メインのライブパフォーマンスでは、
自然の素材によって手染めされ創られた布を纏ったダンサーの、自由でオーガニックな動きを追うようにして、書道でその足跡を言葉に置き換えて即興で描いていく。

Japanese artists now living in Sweden, San Francisco, and New York explore the theme of ChiSeki through installation, performance, visual and photography in hopes of leaving a trace of human distinctions in reverence of the natural order of life.
ChiSeki features Aoi Yamaguchi, Hiroko Tsuchimoto, Martin Soderblom, Mika Yanaguhara, Zaion, Tokio Kuniyoshi, Yoko Furusho, Akko Terasawa, PESU and Yasuaki Okamoto.
The opening reception event of ChiSeki at 310 Lounge, located on 310 Bowery in New York, will be held on Sunday, March 7th, 2010 from 8pm - 2am. The live performance will begin at 10:30pm on the night of the reception event. The exhibition will be on display through March 14th and is open to the public.

i went to sound clash for
supportin KING JAM on 2/12!!
it was 1st time to see sound clash,
so i was really excited n got lots of fun!!

私、Sound Clash 童貞でして、
この日、初クラッシュに潮吹きされてきました。
惜しくも KING JAM は負けてしまいましたが、

何より、お互い日本人で頑張ってる仲間。
とても刺激になりました！！！！

The Superfriends show at the Gallery Bar (120 Orchard st.) Feb.23 is one not to miss. The artists exhibiting their work that night are PESU, CONCEP, LICHIBAN, and FERNANDO MORA. All the artists are Old-Soulz's favorite artists that have been working with. My man Frankie is putting together this show. Big Up for Frankie!!
Needless to say, all the artists are talented,together they are a superforce to be reckoned with.
